- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
(Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier issues.)
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 may apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders not available.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order status anytime until delivery.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available not available.
6. Undelivered Orders
If a package is not accepted or delivered due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal at the doorstep:
- The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- Reshipping charges may apply for delivery attempts again.
