- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged products.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Accessories, discounted items, or products bought during a clearance sale are not eligible for exchange.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Process
- Contact our support team at contact@threadmint.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order ID and reason for exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup and replacement process.
- Once the product is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
4. Shipping for Exchanges
- For size exchanges, customers may need to bear the two-way shipping charges.
- In case of defective/damaged products, Threadmint will bear the shipping cost.
5. Important Notes
- Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the required size or product.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer a credit voucher for future purchases.
